North Alabama SC (formerly Huntville Futbol Club) is the largest and most successful competitive youth soccer program in North Alabama.
Our Academy competitive program is for boys and girls in the 9U-11U age groups. These age groups are provided with their first introduction to the competitive environment. Teams have licensed coaches, practice 2 times per week, play in the North Alabama Youth Soccer League (NAYSL), and have the opportunity to attend 2-3 tournaments. All teams are considered Division III.
The goal of the Academy is to provide enhanced skill development, a competitive environment, and a structured development curriculum for these players to be successful. All players receive a minimum of 50% playing time.
Our Senior Academy competitive program is for boys and girls in the 12U-19U age groups. These teams compete in the Alabama Soccer Association (ASA) State League at either Divison I or Division II competitive levels. Teams have the opportunity to compete for the Alabama State Championships and qualify for USYS National League and Regional Championships.
Teams practice 2-3 times per week with licensed coaches that are overseen by full-time Directors of Coaching.
Teams have the opportunity to attend 2-4 tournaments per season to ensure they can compete against regional teams and gain college exposure at showcase events.
High School Prep
High School Prep is for 15U-19U players that want a competitive Division II/III environment that prepares them technically, tactically, physically, and mentally for High School soccer.
The High School Prep program provides an environment with reduced commitments in time, travel, and expense that still allows players to develop in NASC's professional curriculum and with our licensed coaches. The program structure maintains a focus on foundations necessary to play and succeed at the High School level. While there are fewer games and training sessions than the Division I teams, the intensity level and quality of game play remains at the highest level.
Teams practice 2 times per week with licensed coaches that are overseen by the full-time Directors of Coaching.
Teams may choose to play in the ASA State League Division II or secure friendlies to play 6-8 games. Teams have the opportunity to attend 1-3 tournaments per season.
