High School Prep is for 15U-19U players that want a competitive Division B environment that prepares them technically, tactically, physically, and mentally for High School soccer.
The High School Prep program provides an environment with reduced commitments in time, travel, and expense that still allows players to develop in NASC's professional curriculum and with our licensed coaches. The program structure maintains a focus on the foundations necessary to play and succeed at the High School level. While there are fewer games and training sessions than the Division A teams, the intensity level and quality of game play remains at the highest level.
Teams practice 2 times per week with licensed coaches that are overseen by the full-time Directors of Coaching. Teams will play 6-8 regular season games and have the opportunity to attend 1-3 tournaments per season.
The High School Prep program is for our 15U-19U players. They will compete at 11v11 with the opportunity to compete at a Division B/II level. The goal is to provide players with a high-level competitive environment that prepares them for High School soccer, but with a lower level of commitment.
