The NASC Summer Training Program (STP) is a FREE program for all NASC players during the summer months. The program is also open to the the public. The Training will be divided into 3 parts:

• S = SQA (Speed, Quickness, and Agility)
• T = Technical/Skill Development
• P = Play

Training sessions are open to all players regardless of club affiliation
